[Plugin: New User Approve] Would like to have Name displaying

    Hello,

    I would like to first say that this is a very nice plugin and thank you for it. I do have one small problem though.

    I am using WordPress 3.4, User Meta Pro 1.1.2rc3 to register users, and New User Approve as a way to control user access. I would really like to be able to display the First and Last Name of a user in New User Approve.

    Registration and approval was working this way before I upgraded to WP 3.4 and User Meta Pro 1.1.2rc3, but I noticed in your screenshots that there was no Name displaying.

    Is there a way to achieve this, and if yes, could you point me in the right direction? I have some PHP experience and could do some modification if necessary.
