[Plugin: Newsletter] "Add User" doesn't work

I use the latest version of this plugin. After the upgrade the fuction “add user” doesn’t work, I use this workaround

and for 2 month it work, but now I have the same problem (without have changed anything – I have tried to unistall and reinstall the plugin and patch again with that workaround, but not work): I can’t add new user. When I click to save (for saving a new user) it reset the page and don’t add the new user in the database.
Someone can Help me?
