Plugin: Newsletter not working

when i click the submit button of it has this error: Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don’t have installed

but if i manually visit the page mysite.com/newsletter it’s displaying. I also had this installed on my other website but it’s kinda weird that only on myprimary website this plugin doesn’t work.
