[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] 404 Error when uploading Zip-File

  • I’m trying to figure out why uploading a zip-file to a gallery sends me to my 404 page. I tried to upload a 5MB file today and after about 5 minutes of waiting for the files to upload I get sent to my domains 404 page with the following address in the address bar: https://mydomain.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-add-gallery#zipupload I tried another file that was around 5MB in size that did and got the same results.

    I then I uploaded a 530KB file and it worked just fine.

    There is a note at the bottom of the Upload Zip-File page that says:
    Note : The upload limit on your server is 15MByte
    Used: 0% of 977GB

    I’m not thinking that the file size is the issue, but maybe it is. I didn’t know if there is an upload time setting or timeout setting or something else I need to change to get this working for larger file sizes.
