[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] 404b errors, Check Theme Compatibility missing Call To

I’m getting a 404b error with any link related to the gallery. When I’m in the overview section, and run the “Plugin Check”, the “Check Theme Compatibility” shows a red X and “Missing the call to in your theme”. Maybe this is the problem.

Below are further details:

The Gallery ID is 5. I have [nggallery id=5] on my page. The images will sometimes display on the page as imagelist, slideshow, or browser. However I can’t figure out how to make the behavior consistent.
But if I do click on an image or next button on the https://www.mydomain.net/index.php/pictures/ page then I’m taken to a 404b page with the URL of https://www.image.net/nggallery/page-23/image/11 or https://www.cierarose.net/nggallery/page-23/album-1/gallery-5 depending on the settings.

The “Page Link To” in Manage Gallery is set to “Pictures”. “Preview Image” is set to “No Picture”.
The permalink for the pictures pages is: https://www.cierarose.net/index.php/pictures/
I have a gallery and the path shows as: wp-content/gallery/easter-2011-in-allen_1
I have an album (ID=1) into which I have placed the ID=5 gallery.

I’d appreciate any advise on how to get the gallery working.
