[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Adding Nextgen on custom wp template

    Hi all
    I want to use a “nextgen gallery/slideshow plugin” on my home page but i have a diffrent homepage template to the default wp theme. When i up load the gallery/slideshow it works for the default pages but not the custom template homepage.
    All help would be great. may be this is simple but i am still looking for the answer.

    my site is not live yeat. i am using a wamp server program and running wordpress on my own computer. The only thing i can say that i have a standard wordpress theme and i just changed the homepage template(because i did not want a side bar) and saved it as a new one. When i put on the nextgen gallery it worked on all post and pages that were part of the default template but would not work for the new template for the homepage.

    oops. As i do not know .php very well i made a stupid mistake when setting up the template in the first place. I overwrote the homepage text with other text i had in the php code by mistake. I have fixed it and low and behold there was the nexgen gallery on my homepage.
