[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album Preview Images and Album IDs

  • It could be as intended but I can’t select from all of my images to add as an album preview.

    So far I’ve just got a simple gallery, 2 images, and I want to setup my preview images and get an album/gallery structure in place.

    For a Gallery preview image, both show in the drop down and I can select either of my two but only one images (the first I uploaded) shows in the dropdown for the album preview. I’ve deleted and re-added that image and it doesn’t work.

    I added a third image and it also doesn’t show so something seems wrong with albums.

    The other thing is that when I create a gallery it adds it and gives it a unique ID. If I delete one, if I go and creste a new one it adds it as another increment ID. The gallery seems to be reusing deleted IDs, but albums not. Is this as expected?

    Forget the Album ID issue. Its fine.

    However the Album Preview Image select is broken.

    I only ever get to choose one of two, 0- no image, or 1-first image uploaded name.

    The same code seems to work when I select a gallery preview image, I get a list of all possible images in my gallery.
