[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album Preview Pictures?

When editing an album there is a list of pictures to select for preview. Problem is that the list is cryptic (as in “328 – p7070101”) and I can’t seem to find a match anywhere to that entry and what that image really is..

Any ideas where that list is coming from..
