[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] [album=id,compact] Tag Not Working

    We have installed latest ver of NexGEN and all working fine. Only problem is when using the [album=id,compact] tag on the Gallery page to display the Albums, it does not show a thumbnail of the 2 Galleries. Instead the page shows just empty thumbail size spaces with the Gallery names beneath, which are links to the actual galleries.

    I want to display the Gallery on the ‘Album’ page just like you have on https://nextgen.boelinger.com/album/

    Any advice, greatly appreciated. Its probably very simple ro resolve!!
