• I upload quite a few galleries for my automotive blog. I just switched to this software but I’m wondering about the directory management. It seems that it must be wp-content/glallery/(galleryname) for all new galleries.

Is it possible to have say the albums have their own folder and then group the galleries under that album’s folder?

    ex: wp-content/glallery/2012/carshow1
    wp-content/glallery/2011/carshow1
    wp-content/glallery/2010/carshow1

Having them all under the same folder will be ok for max 1 year and then I’m going to have to get creative in naming them. I also need to import ten years worth of galleries. It would be nice to group them by year.

    What can I do?

Yes, just go into Album management, create an album and drag/drop galleries into it and the click update.
