[Plugin: NextGen Gallery & Uploader] how to limit who can upload/add new fields?

    Hi there!

    I am trying to figure out how to do two things with NextGen Gallery and the Public Uploader.

    1) I would like registered subscribers to be able to upload images, but not create new galleries. Is that possible? That is, I want something like the Public Uploader, but only for Registered Users.

    2) I would like to add additional text fields for users to fill out when they upload a picture.

    Are either of these things easy to do, and if so, how would I go about it. I have an understanding of php to the point where I can happily edit files if I have some direction on what to edit and how.
