[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] auto crop thumbnail feature nextGEN

Hi

I’m new in wordpress and I find it very good and easy to use. I’m currently working with my design portfolio so basically I have to display all my design projects in an image gallery manner. I used nextGEN plugin. The tool is great but with regard to its thumbnail feature I guess it doesn’t have an auto-crop feature which I really need. Right now my thumbnail size is 212×212 which is my desired dimension. But the plugin is compressing the image in order to fill this dimension. I want an auto cropped image because i believe it will not degrade the quality of the image. Is there anyone encounter this same problem and fortunately solved it.
