[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] [BUG] sanitization of filenames.

Hi,

The plugin to hard in the sanitization of filenames, and files with the swedish characters ??? ??? does not work, when uploaded you will end up with a filename like “ra%cc%88ksmo%cc%88rga%cc%8as.jpg” on the server, when it should be “r?ksm?rg?s.jpg”.

This will generate a 404 from the server, as it tries to find “r?ksm?rg?s.jpg” on the disk.

One quick solution would be to replace ??? with aao and ??? with AAO before running the filename trough sanitize_title_with_dashes.
