    Hi again, l2oBiN.

    I’m afraid there’s not currently a way to preserve core modifications after an update in ColorBoxer, however I will look into this for you, and try to include this functionality in a future release. It may be possible to do something similar to NextGEN Gallery, whereby you can use modified template files from a separate folder named “nggallery” in your theme.
