[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Dropdown Menu Behind Thumbnails

  • Hi Alex
    I trust this is a bug issue ,I am using Adclerum theme with a dropdown menu (navigation) The dropdowb menu dissapear behind the thumbnails of Next Gen Gallery.
    Please go ro https://www.alexheath.co.za, all still seems fine, but once you click on gallery, and then want to use the drop down, you can not navigate.

    Should the issue be with the theme, please let me know.

    I’m getting the same problem in Safari and IE 7.

    my dropdown menu also go behind the slideshow.. i have made the widget as slideshow below the header…and the dropdwon menu go behind the slideshow

    Same error in a site I’m developing. Pulldown menus are dropping behind the images. Seeing it in IE7, Firefox3, and Opera. Any ideas on what’s doing it?

    Gave the menu a z-index value of 89 and it works fine. I’ll play around with the value, but that seemed to be in front everything but overlay and pop-up image.

    Thanx for tip douglas, but could you explain “z-index” please, where do I find it?

    Thanx! I added the z-index as follows and it work:!!

    background: #858222;
    width: 130px;
    left: -999em;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    z-index: 1;
    }
