[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Flash rotator loads OK but doesn’t pull any images

  • That’s it. I managed to load the Flash image rotator by manually entering the full URL to it:

    /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/imagerotator/imagerotator.swf

    It loads OK, but it won’t pull any images. I checked the XML output generated by imagerotator.php (located in /nextgen-gallery/xml), and it’s also OK, but the Flash player shows all black with the loading icon in the center.

    I supposed that the XML output wouldn’t be correctly passed to the Flash rotator, but I tried different options editing nggfunctions.php (I even passed the full URL to a static XML file), and it still won’t work.

    I’m using NextGEN 1.4.3 over WPMU 2.9.1.1.

    Any ideas?

  • I am having the same problem. Upgraded NextGen to 1.5.2 and using WPMU 2.9.1. It seems to be a problem only with the sub-blogs, so it might be path related somewhere. But I can’t seem to find it. I could really use some help with this one.
