[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Floating arrow navigation – how?

Hi gang… I’m trying to have my image browser show the arrow navigation in the center left & right of the photos like on this site:

I’ve seen it done before on other sites but I can’t get that effect to work. Can someone tell me if this is a plugin or a configuration option?
