[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery/Carousel not working

Nextgen is AWESOME, however it is not displaying correctly on my page..

On that page there are 5 thumbnails at the bottom, they are supposed to be part of a Carousel display which obviously is not working. Additionally if I try to display it ‘gallery’ style, then it does the crazy descending staircase effect which you can see on the thumbnails.

Any thoughts?

I have used NextGen with EXCELLENT results over the past few years. It is only now when I go back to using it again that suddenly I run into this problem. I will gladly provide any info needed for troubleshooting.
