[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Giving Editors permission to manage galleries

Hi
I would like to grant editors on a few blogs access to manage the nextgen gallerys (but I want to prevent them from accidentally wreaking havoc so don’t want to grant them admin privileges).
What is the best way to achieve this?
