[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How do I create a page with a preview of all galleries?

Place your galleries in an album, then instead of inserting the gallery, insert the album on the page. It will then show a single image pertaining to the gallery.

is there any way to do that without putting them into an album, or maybe to have them go into a default album? I want to keep it to as few steps as possible.

If I may ask, when I put my galleries into an Album. Instead of displaying one image linking to the gallery. I get a the Album showing and all the galleries within it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was including the album in the listing. Now its working.

If you want to display every gallery ever created regardless of album I have found that this works: [ album template=extend ] . If you exclude an id than it defaults to all galleries.
