[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How to place text below the slideshow widget

We would like to place a line that says “Click to view the latest sports photos” (with a link to a page with photo galleries directly below the NextGen Gallery slideshow on the sidebar. We are using Genesis with the News theme (you can view the page at https://s148397.gridserver.com/). We don’t want to add a text widget below the slideshow because it will create additional borders, we would just like the text and link to be included in the same widget box as the slideshow. Any suggestions?
