[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] HTTP Error during Flash Upload

Whenever I try to upload an image of any type (jpg, png, etc) and at any size with the Flash uploader in Chrome, FF, and IE, I get an “HTTP Error.”

The only way to recover from this seems to be disabling the flash uploader, but I would prefer to have it working. Has anyone found a useful fix?
