[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] I want to skip first image in thickbox gallery

Hello,

I am using NextGEN Gallery with Thumbnail Gallery style for display.
Its working gre8, But I want to skip the first image in thickbox. I want the thumbnail of first image but onclick of that want to show the rest of images.
Is it possible to do the same. Please suggest.
