[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Image title and caption say Undefined

  • I am wondering why the last image in the lineup on this page
    https://eoyourlife.com/the-eo-gallery/
    says “Undefined” where the title and description are.

    I have edited other images in the gallery, and the edits are fine, it’s just when I try to add a new image that it shows up this way (in the gallery it’s the dark swirl photo)

    I just upgraded to the latest version of NextGen and that didn’t solve the issue.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve been playing with this some more and some images display titles and descriptions no problem and I’m thinking maybe there’s something happening with the way Nextgen reads the uploaded image. This is going to drive my client (and me) completely nuts! Why do some photos display Title and Description and others don’t????????

    Please respond to this if you have any experience with this issue. This is a great plugin, but the lack of support with bugs and issues is extremely frustrating.

    Never mind, client says forget about this plugin, it’s too frustrating for them to deal with. Hopefull TanTan’s Flickr Album plugin will do a better job.
