[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Jumping to page top after viewing a picture

I have several pictures embedded in posts via the tag singlepic, e.g. [singlepic=230,400,400,,center].

After klicking onto a picture to view it fullsize and closing it again, I am taken back to the top of the page, even when I have scrolled down before to e.g. the middle.

This is very annoying.

I am using theme “Jessica Flecther Redux”.
If this might be a theme issue, how and where can I solve this?
