[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] “Manage Gallery” filter out galleries not being able to manage

One more thing Alex, is there a way to filter out the galleries that a user can not manage when he/she clicks the “Manage Gallery” link?

I found the code, when managing galleries, where I can change not to display the info of the galleries that a user cannot manage. However, the function find_all_galleries is used so now i still have paginated galley list with empty rows that indicate the galleries that particular user cannot manage. What shall I do?
