[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Navigating between pages of thumbnails with no refresh

Hi, I am not a developer but have a question about navigating between paginated pages of thumbnails. I do not want to show all of my thumbnails on one page so I have limited it to 12 thumbnails per page. However, when you click page 2 or 3 on the navigation below the thumbnails it refreshes the page and brings you to the top of the page. Not so user friendly. Is there a way to use the “thickbox” effect and have it stay in the same spot on the page, while navigating to page 2 and 3. I know that the the “shutter” effect allows you to stay in the same spot on the page and navigate between pages of thumbnails, but it does not show navigation quite like the “thickbox” effect.
