[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Next Image 'Flickers' When Scrolling

I realize this post is old but might help someone else who is searching for a solution.

I played around on the Options page for Nextgen Gallery, changing and combining what seemed like an infinite number of possible combinations, with no solution to the flickering problem.

The only thing that got rid of the flicker was to make the Slideshow Transition/Fade effect and the JW Image Rotator Transition/Fade effect the same – in other words, I ended up setting them both to “Fade”.
