[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] nextgen and new domain

In moving my site from the build domain to the permanent domain I ran into a problem the site is working however I don’t have access to various pages of the admin panel. We isolated it down specifically to the NextGEN Gallery plugin.

Are there any additional configuration changes that need to be made when switching your wordpress to a new domain. My host company thinks there must be a configuration file somewhere that needs to be updated to reflect the new domain name.
