[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery MU Folder Issue

I am using NextGen 1.9.6. I have a MU network. NextGen works on some sites and not others. The sites that work have something like this in the options for gallery path: {s:11:”gallerypath”;s:30:”wp-content/blogs.dir/17/files/;…} The site that doesn’t work has this in the options: {s:14:”graphicLibrary”;…}
On the options page for the site that doesn’t work, I can change all the options EXCEPT the gallery path option…the option page won’t let me change the gallery path. The gallery gets created in the root directory…new images are added there, thumbnails updated, but once the images added, no thumbnails appear in the “Manage Gallery” for this gallery and the nextgen gallery shows labels, but no images, when shortcode is used to display the gallery.
How do I change the Gallery Path??
