[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery not working with Internet Exploder

First problem was the viewed image was cut off on the right side.
Next, I could not get rid of the [Show picture list] link.
It was working well enough, but then I installed the wp-visitor-counter and suddenly strange things started to happen, but only when viewed with Internet explorer, like head and footer with nothing in between, or when I could click on the about page, the browser would completely close without any explanation, or images out of place.
Mind you, Evert hing continued to Look, and work great in FireFox
