• Hi, I’m using Photocrati and the Nextgen gallery. My problem is pretty simple I think: Half of my images are shot vertically but the gallery defaults to a horizontal format.

Is there anyway to make it display vertical images properly while the ‘slideshow’ is running?

If you actually click on the vertical images, they look great but if you just allow the slideshow to run, they look terrible.

Click on any (obviously) vertical image here: https://richardbarryphotography.com/?page_id=4&album=2&gallery=3

    Many thanks

    Richard

Just to be clear on this… This is ONLY a problem with the slideshow. Directly clicking on a horizontal or a vertical image works fine with both.

However, when the slideshow runs, all my vertical images look like they have been cropped by my grandmother…

    Please help!

    I have the same problem.
I tried to solve it with the resolution of the slideshow, but then the horizontal images are displayed with a black bar above and below.
It’s a solution, but not the master way…

    Hope for other solutions!
