[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Nextgen uploader and gallery path

sorry. i have been trying to read through all of the already posted questions but i am still having a hard time. my site is https://www.iluvhaight.com and i have added a submit section, where people can submit images. however, when i try to add an image i get the error “Failure in database, no gallery path set.”

how do i correct this? i am just not sure where i am supposed the be directing these images.
