[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] No Picture on Click… "Loading…"

When I go to a specific page of a specific image in an album using Internet Explorer (several versions), I cannot get the picture to pop up larger…
Instead all I see is the screen get darker, and letters in red reading, “LOADING” yet it does nothing.
