[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Pagination AJAX & Suggestion

  • 1. OK, so I have this awesome plugin installed and I noticed when you change the page number, it loads with ajax. I really don’t like that because I prefer more pageviews to my site and i would also like to know which page number is most popular (tracked by google analytics).

    So my question is … Is there a way to disable the ajax load? and force the pagination links to actually load the new URL with ?nggpage=2

    2. And for the future, I would like to know if you can add a feature to your plugin options under ‘effects’ that does the following: when user clicks on the thumbnail, it will load a new page template with the image. This allows for more pageviews and also will help people who want to make some money off google adsense.

  • I recommend the wp-pagenavi plugin.. it doesn’t use ajax at all, and very easy to set up.

    What plugin are you using? I’m trying to find an AJAX pagination system! ??

    You need only to change the effect, then you have no AJAX refresh

    Can you please explain more about only needing to change the effect? I have tried to change the effect under the Options screen, but I still have the same issues as this person. Thanks!
