[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Per gallery thumbnail size

There should be an option in NexGen that allows setting the thumbnail size for each gallery, rather than just globally.

If there is one feature that I would love to have more than any other, it is this one. When I create sites for clients that have more than one gallery and thumbnail size, they are ALWAYS tripped up by this fact.
