[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Photos Showing in Blog Posts

I have set up the most Recent Version of NextGen Gallery and with it NextGEN Public Uploader (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/nextgen-public-uploader/). The Two are working fine except that I had a user upload a photo (using the public uploader) and now that picture appears at the bottom of my blog posts (but none of the other photos in the same gallery do).
2/3 photos in the gallery are included but only one shows at the bottom of posts. Both photos appear fine in my slideshow on the widget.
Does anybody know why this is happening and if I can stop it?
