[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] PHP code for inserting NextGEN into a theme template

What is the PHP code to insert the NextGen shortcodes into a template? Shortcodes that I wish to use are:
[monoslideshow id=1 w=800 h=550 preset=’sparkles’] **
—Can this shortcode handle album instead of gallery? or do multiple galleries?
[nggtags album=WordPress,Cologne,Irland]
[nggtags gallery=cologne,wordpress]
[nggallery id=x w=800 h=550]
[album id=x template=extend]
[nggallery id=2 template=carousel images=7] **
[nggallery id=1 template=galleryview images=0] **

I will have the NextGEN and NextGEN Monoslide (with the monoslide SWF purchase) plugins installed.

‘<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[slideshow id=x w=width h=height]’); ?>’ does not work.
