[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Pictures belonging to many galleries

    Maybe this question was answered before, I didn’t know how to search!

    This is the idea:
    I have many pictures taken from a sport event. Every picture has one or more competitors in it.
    I would like to build one gallery for each competitor, but in some cases the same picture will be shared for one or more galleries.

    Due the amount of pictures (500+), I will insert the data directly on the database, bypassing the plugin interface.

    Does Nextgen supports this characteristic? Do I have to take any special considerations?

    Any advice would be very appreciated.

  • Try to upload your images once and then go to Add Gallery/Images > Import Image Folder to choose the one with images. If you see info that 0 images has been uploaded add “/” each time, eg. “/wp-content/gallery/slides”, “//wp-content/gallery/slides”, “///wp-content/gallery/slides”. This solution uses a bug, but works great.
