[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Plugin could not be activated

  • I am getting the following errors when I try to activate NextGen Gallery:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Class ‘nggallery’ not found in /home/wwbafrqn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nggallery/nggallery.php on line 171

    How can I resolve this.

    Please someone help. I am still having trouble activating NextGen plugin.

    Step 1
    Delete and upload NGG again – still trouble?

    Step 2:
    Deactivate all plugins and activate NGG – still problems?

    Check to see that the nggallery folder is not a nested within the nggallery folder you uploaded.
