[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Missing button for "change Thumbnails"

Hi,
I read about the functionallity of re-cropping the content of a thumb-
The button “change Thumbnails” (or so?, in the german Version it is “Thumbnail ?ndern”) is not available in my gallery administration view. I have |view|meta|turn|delete| but no |change|.
I’ll change the crop in the thumbnail.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/
