[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Request: more control over thumbnail dimensions

Would be nice to have “auto” as an option for either width or height.
I had to make one thumbnail manually, because the original jpeg is damaged somehow, but NextGEN squashes the thumbnail in the gallery to the same height as my other image. With height: auto and allowing variable height in the gallery this would be no problem.
