[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Seperate full size and thumb directories

Would anyone be able to help me modify nextgen gallery to host images and thumbnails in completely seperate directories? (not where one is the parent of the other)
for instance –
/wp-content/gallery/fullsizepics/galleryname
/wp-content/gallery/thumbs/gallerynamewilling to pay for help
