[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow from Album

  • I want to make a slideshow from few specific galleries.
    Is it possible to create a slideshow from an Album?

  • you just need to use the code: [slideshow=album_id]
    replace the album_id with an actual number

    Is it possible to change the order of the images showing in [slideshow=album_id] to randomly select a gallery then rotate inside the selected gallery in order? I tried shuffle mode but it selects random images from different galleries in the album. In other words: Can we make [slideshow=album_id] select the galleries randomly, then rotate inside the selected gallery before it moves on to the next (random) gallery?

    Does anyone know if this is still possible? Doesn’t seem to work with NextGen 1.0.2 on WP 2.7

    same problem here. What is the actual syntax for album slideshow?

    It looks like album and gallery ids are not unique. I both have a gallery id=1 an d an album id=1. So how am I going to get an album slideshow?

    Just wondering if anyone has a way of doing a slideshow on a album in the current version of NextGen Gallery (1.3.4) and WordPress (2.8)
