[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Sometimes the gallery shows, sometimes it does not

I’ve been using this plugin for years and no issues. Suddenly one day the gallery decided to just not show. Hit refresh and there it is. Its not browser specific, seems to happen on Mac and PC. But it definitely does not work sometimes… Any insights would be great.
