[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thickbox not working after upgrade to WP 2.6

  • I have updated Wordress 2.5 to 2.6 last night and now when I click on a single photo from a gallery the thickbox will not load. The image will load in a new window instead of the thickbox.

    I am also using ms_lightwindow plugin for my YouTube videos. It has not caused a conflict before, so I don’t think it is now since I can disable the ms_lightwindow plugin and thickbox still does not work.

  • Hello, I have the same problem, I listen to Alexrabe, and I have disabled all the plugins, than thickbox was working again wirt wordpress 2.6, next step by step I start to enable plugin by plugin I I found the problem with thickbox and wordpress appears when Ajax comments plugin plugin is enabled. I disabled the plugin and everything works fine

    Yep, I just disabled the AJAX Comments WPMUified plugin and it’s working now for me again.

    I have disabled AJAX commenting in my K2 theme and thickbox is now working again…

    I am experiencing the same issue with a plugin effecting the gallery from functioning correctly.

    The plugin causing this issue is: WP-Mint.

    I can not afford to lose the functions of this plugin so I was wondering if someone could assist me in find a resolution?

    Anyone have a fix for this? I’m using the version 0.99.1 with WP 2.6 and the thickbox effect doesn’t work (just clicks through to a new page). Lightbox works, but the little “close” X image is broken (looks like some permalink issue from the URL to the image). I have some other plugins, but none mentioned above as causing conflicts…

    Could you send a copy of this plugin, I tried to contact its author but he does not reply back. ??
