[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumbnails Error 500

When I try to load a picture through the upload images page the picture uploads fine, but the thumbnail always has an error 500. This has been happening for a few weeks on many different internet connections. I’ve tried resizing the image multiple times, and changing the DPI. What should I do?
