[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] thumbnails should be inserted in a square frame

When presenting an album, if you have 4:3 photos like those produces by any standard digital camera, thumbnails are correctly presented with their aspect ratio.

According to me it would be far better to include every thumbnail in a square frame, so that every thumbnails doesn’t occupy a 4:3 space, but a square one, and all thumbnail would be better aligned.
