[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Turn Off Announcement

    Here’s the fix:

    1. Open the file latest_news_notice.php located here:
    nextgen-gallery > admin > templates > latest_news_notice.php.

    2. Delete all the content within the file but not the file itself.
