[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Uploading photos via iphone wordpress app

  • Hi folks

    Been using next-gen gallery for some time now on a site, but I want to be able to any of these:

    Use the wordpress iphone app to send a post (with a photo), and although I appreciate that the iphone app will successfully show the photo on the post (fine and dandy), I also want it to upload and import into a next-gen gallery. (so that it appears in the gallery pages and slideshows)

    I also use the postie plugin to post, so if there is a solution for either of these then that’s fine.

  • I don’t think the iPhone app could be changed in that way…

    Thanks for the reply. I appreciate that the app won’t be changed. – maybe didn’t make self clear.

    I am looking for some kind of work around that ultimately, automatically looks for new photos and imports them into the gallery.

    For example, the attachements for posts get uploaded into some wp-content/uploads folder.

    can next-gen gallery be configured to periodically scan this folder, without having to initiate it via the admin page?
